You didn't build your practice to stay in one lane.
You've built a private practice that reflects your expertise, your values, and your commitment to your clients.
You've invested years into becoming an exceptional speech-language pathologist. You've earned the trust of the families, patients, and professionals you serve.
But lately...
You've started wondering if your expertise could take you even further.
You know your expertise has value beyond traditional clinical settings, you just haven't had a clear roadmap for turning that vision into another service within your practice.
You've wondered how speech-language pathologists are partnering with organizations, coaching professionals, and creating new revenue streams beyond traditional clinical services.
You don't want to abandon the private practice you've worked so hard to build.
You simply want to expand what's possible.
That's exactly why I created The SLP Dropout Recipe. The SLP Dropout Recipe was created for speech-language pathologists who are ready to confidently add Corporate Speech Therapy as a premium service, not replace what they've built, but expand it.
Knowing about corporate speech therapy isn't the hard part.
The hard part is knowing how to confidently build it into the business you've already created.
Most speech-language pathologists don't need another course explaining what's possible. They need a proven framework for turning that possibility into a profitable service.
That's exactly what The SLP Dropout Recipe was designed to do.
A different way to think about speech-language pathology
"You don't have to leave speech-pathology to transform your career. You simply have to see it differently." -Adrienne Singletary, Corporate SLP
For years, speech-language pathologists have been encouraged to think about their careers in terms of settings; schools, hospitals, private practice, early intervention, and outpatient clinics.
I believe we've been asking the wrong question.
The better question isn't, "Where can I work?"
It's..."Where is my expertise valuable?"
Corporate Speech Therapy isn't about becoming someone different.
It's about recognizing that the communication expertise you've spent years developing has tremendous value in corporate boardrooms, executive offices, leadership teams, and organizations around the world.
Today's professionals are actively investing in their communication skills. Executives want to become more influential leaders. Managers want to communicate with greater confidence. International professionals seek accent modification to strengthen workplace communication. Organizations invest in presentation skills, executive presence, leadership communication, workplace training, and communication coaching because they understand that communication drives business success.
As speech-language pathologists, we're uniquely qualified to meet those needs. The corporate world doesn't need you to become someone else. It needs you to recognize the value of who you already are.
The SLP Dropout Recipe exists to help you transform that expertise into a profitable, premium corporate service within the private practice you've already built.
I've already built what I'm teaching.
For nearly two decades, I've been a speech-language pathologist—and for years, I've been building a career that extends far beyond traditional clinical settings.
I founded Transcendent Accents to bring speech-language pathology into spaces where communication is a business asset: corporations, executive offices, professional environments, and organizations that understand the value of exceptional communication.
I didn't just learn Corporate Speech Therapy. I built a business around it.
I've worked with executives, physicians, attorneys, bankers, professors, professional athletes, international professionals, and organizations seeking communication expertise that goes beyond traditional clinical services.
Along the way, I developed the strategies, systems, documents, pricing structures, client processes, and service-delivery approaches necessary to make Corporate Speech Therapy a real and sustainable part of a private practice.
The SLP Dropout Recipe is where I share that roadmap with you.
You won't be asked to reinvent the practice you've already built. You'll learn how to leverage the expertise you already possess, position it for the corporate market, and confidently create another premium service offering within your business

Creating proposals and marketing were signficant in my mindset shift. As a traditional SLP, we often undercut our skillset and undervalue what we do. This course helped me to own my intellect, expertise, creativity and experience. Finally, this has helped me to increase my level of satisfaction and joy with my work.
My favorite take-away from the SLP Dropout Recipe was the resources I received that will help me to navigate new clientele and business partnership opportunities.
A. Grice
My favorite take away is that I can create the business of my dreams. Seeing the information on how to do it ignited my creative muscles.
Week 1 where we identified our perfect clients and then week 4 when we discussed the proposal and pitch deck. Both provided a new way to look at TD information and provided great examples of what was needed. I had no idea how to put it all together.
C. Hunter
I found it helpful to break down the insides of what make the price the price. I found all of the client agreements helpful as well as the consultation process modules. The marketing modules were a tremendous help. I benefitted from seeing the workbooks, 10-week program outlines, and everything on working with companies from writing a proposal to pricing.

Who is The SLP Dropout Recipe designed for?
What does it mean to be ready for this program?
Why is the cohort intentionally small?

The SLP Dropout Recipe is offered twice each year as a limited six-week cohort experience.

Meet the SLP behind the recipe
I'm Adrienne Singletary, M.S., SLP, a Corporate Speech-Language Pathologist, entrepreneur, and the founder of Transcendent Accents, a boutique corporate speech therapy and communication consulting firm.
For nearly two decades, I've worked in speech-language pathology, and for the better part of the last decade, I've been building a career that looks very different from the traditional SLP path.
I founded Transcendent Accents in 2016 and began specializing in Corporate Speech Therapy in 2017. Creating a business that allows me to use my clinical expertise in boardrooms, executive offices, professional organizations, and corporate environments, not just traditional clinical settings.
Today, my work has taken me far beyond the typical SLP caseload. I've had the privilege of working with Fortune 500 companies, C-suite executives, professional athletes, physicians, attorneys, bankers, professors, entertainment professionals, and international clients, helping professionals communicate with greater confidence, clarity, authority, and presence.
And yes, I've built a business that actually works.
Transcendent Accents has been recognized in Charlotte, and I was honored to receive the 2025 Heart of Charlotte Speech-Language Pathologist of the Year (Educational Focus) award. I've also been recognized for my entrepreneurship and leadership within the professional community.
But here's what matters most:
I didn't build this business by abandoning my SLP expertise. I built it by learning how to position that expertise differently.
- I figured out how to identify the right corporate clients.
- How to package an SLP's expertise into services businesses actually want to buy.
- How to price those services as premium professional offerings.
- How to navigate corporate relationships and expectations.
- How to deliver an exceptional client experience.
- And how to build the systems necessary to sustain the work once you land the client.
That's what I'm teaching you inside The SLP Dropout Recipe.
I'm not giving you a collection of inspirational ideas and sending you off to “figure out the rest.”
I'm opening the kitchen.
I'm sharing the strategy, frameworks, lessons, mistakes, systems, and ingredients I've developed through actually building and operating a successful Corporate Speech Therapy business.
Because I know what it's like to be an SLP who wants more. More autonomy, more income potential, more professional fulfillment, more variety, and more opportunities to use everything you know.
And I also know the difference between wanting a different career and actually building one.
You don't need to become someone else to create a bigger career. You need to learn how to see the value in the expertise you already have, and then learn how to sell, position, and deliver it in a completely different market.
That's what I did. And now I'm showing you how.
I've been invited to speak, teach webinars, participate in panels, present at professional conferences, and share my experience with SLP audiences who want to understand what is possible beyond the traditional clinical model. The feedback has been pretty clear. The SLP Dropout Recipe isn't a course built around a theory I 'think' might work. It's the framework I've developed from actually building the business, landing the clients, delivering the services, figuring out what works, making mistakes, refining the process, and doing it again.
-Sincerely,
Adrienne, The Corporate SLP
I don't just teach Corporate Speech Therapy. I'm known for it.
You don't need another box to fit inside. You need to learn how to build outside of the one you've been given. You already have the clinical expertise. I'll teach you how to think beyond the speech box, recognize the opportunities hiding inside your expertise, and turn them into something bigger.
